Hey Phil I sent you a message on Wednesday I think it was. I take it the Zonda didn't go in the end? Saw the M6 and GT3, and the Maserati which must have been the substitute. Have a good time?
I got your message but my other phone died - message & telephone number with it
The Zonda didn't make it sadly but the others were stunning anyway
I take it you were stood on the Mulsanne straight when you saw them? The guys were camping next to us and we helped them out a bit. They used my Vette car cover just to keep the vehicle away from prying eyes and finger pointing. The lads were well cut up about it as I spoke to them about 20 mins after the incident. Something like this was always going to happen which is why some form of one way system would be so handy around LM infield roads.
I think the impact made it look worse than it actually was considering how the other vehicle was a dustcart. The driver didn't seem to concerned, made a call and headed off.
The lads passed us in the M20 chaos so the car made it back ok. If you read this guys feel free to PM, hope it all gets sorted.
