Muppets in Beausjour leaving

Anyone else suffer with muppetts deliberately tearing up the very wet ground? Making a hard task of getting a RWD sports car out of the campsite even harder than it should have been?

Yes, but in my case it was the tractor they used to tow the camper vans out, but I'm not saying they were muppets (just doing their job) I just wish I'd got out before they chewed it all up.

I had that at my pitch - I'm sure a lot of it was unintentional, but i saw a couple deliberately churning up the ground, with foot to the floor. Didn't help me get out, and I bought some planks of wood in case I got stuck again.

The mud and weather I can live with and the cameraderie (sp?) involved in getting out of the WWR site was great.

However, the trt in the old 5 series BM (A PH'r I believe) who decided to get his car out the quagmire on Sunday night while completely legless deserves nothing less than a damn good kicking. He nearly took out one of my mates cars and several of the RX-8's too. When asked what the fvck he thought he was doing he could barely answer as he was so pissed.

If you know who he is, give him a slap from me and a dozen others.

Sounds a lot like the chap in the PH-stickered TR7 who thought it was hilarious to repeatedly churn up the turf all around our pitch - Prat!

After sitting in the traffic Jam to get out of BSJ for about 40 mins on Sunday after the race we decided to escape down the back road through the wooded section.

Very quickly out no queues.. Surprised the marshalls didn't send more people that way given the total gridlock the rest of the site was experiencing.

Just for people who really care, our cars were parked on the side of that track, opposite the RX8s. The BMW driver came from the back of the picture, where the track turns left past the RX8s...

The back of the picture was the WRR camp, the muppet came from the left of the picture - admittedly where the road had turned past the RX-8s then ceased to be a road...

I tried and tried and tried to get Pierre to sort some trcking out. Kept being told it was being done but clearly nothing happened. Will be having words about that and WRR 2008 will be on more solid footing!!!!

Nice one mate, no hard feelings... Next time though, remember than feathering the throttle and moving on the torque works much better than booting it!
