Excellent mate, I couldn't believe it when I realised it was you. I had just got off the Eurotunnel and you had been on the ferry. It's a small world! I'm still drying out and I think it's going to take some time! Still, roll on next year!

I got a call from a mate of mine a few cars back saying you were there, so we slowed down and I hung out the window waiting for you! hehe

Got some nice shots I hope - will be looking at them during this week so will send to you when I'm done. Thanks for the little foot down moment too! Brought back memories of the hoon actually; I said to my bro (owner/driver of Beer Engine) "I had this view for 7 days hehe"

Were you lot in Expo then? I spotted a Beer Engine in the large cow shed. And apparently my friend spoke to PetrolTed near the toilets not knowing who he was so asked him if he was on PH hehe.

Yup, that was me and bro in the cow shed!

Your friend didn't speak to PetrolTed, he spoke to me and Garlick (Paul) who is the site manager now Haymarket own PH. Ted wasn't at LeMans.

He did look surprised, randomly came over (nice chap) and asked if we were on PH. "Paul's the site manager and I'm a moderator". Oh right, he said. That's a yes, then hehe

Ah right. Yeah he said he "spoke to the guy who is like head of PistonHeads" or something along those lines so I assumed he meant Ted. Although he then said "yeah but he's cheating though, he's staying in some cottage a few miles from the circuit" hehe.

Back on topic however I spotted the Mosler in Houx on Sunday morning (what a fantastic car), an F50, a Countach on the way home and the Lemanbulance.

how many people also spotted that this is a replica, and not the real McCoy ( still want one though - preferably in martini colours and road registered !)
