anyone see my smoke screen?

had a crack in my oil feed pipe for the turbo causing a big plume off oily smoke coming from the car as it leaked onto the exhaust.

had too drive home at 60 all the way and stop off at every service station too top the oil up.

just made the ferry and didnt get home till 11:30 after setting off from france at 9 in the morning.

car was a white mr2.

Yep we saw it going through a tunnel near rouen i think, was smoking quite a bit. was in a red gtm libra.

yup, past a few times in the blue TT.....each time it got worse!

spotted the convoy of libras.

one of the red ones sounded swet not sure if it was yours.

was amazed as too how many times the same car would pass me considering the speed i was going and the amount of stops i was making.

Ours had le mans stickers on the front and rear screen with me asleep in the passenger sleep most the way back.

Saw you on the empty bit of the A28 North of Le Mans - you were in a (very slow) convoy with another MR2. I commented on your smoke to my passenger at the time. Now it makes sense.

I was in the Red Ford GT with white stripes.

Yep saw and smelled you going. on the A28

we we're in a yellow sylva striker (seven) and had a red toyota starlet TRD behind us.

I can make a funny picture of the nosecone of my striker which has your oil droplets on it, really!

Saw you twice mate, once was when we passed you and your smoke screen, 2nd time was when you passed us when the MR2 turbo in our group broke down!

It was me you spoke to, asking what's wrong etc.
