Fight at the Lanson Champagne bar ?
Discussion
Happily one of the t*ssers got injured and a few security guards turned up so they p*ssed off and left the rest of us to have a civilised but drunken evening in peace. For a moment I thought everybody was going to be tarred with the same brush and that we'd all be moved on but it didn't happen. The security guards got bored once they realised most of us were just having a good time and eventually got bored and went away. But not before some of the chairs got broken.

ersHaha! yeh, i was near by when it all started to happen! all started with some harmless popping corks at each other, then throwing them! and one of the guys from a team appropriately named team t.w.a.t.s! decides to use a table as some sort of shield and run at them! another guy from the otherside clouted him with a chair!
so noble head got up off the floor, done the pansiest kick ever to the back of his leg and tried throwing a punch! whilst the others were laughing him off! he was then taken away in an ambulance with a gash to his head!

Not when we dropped by at about 3am during the race. It was pretty empty apart from us 3 and the bar staff. Then they started packing all the chairs away for the night, this was a 24hr race again wasn't it?
They ran out at 4am and closed up! We had to head back to the beer tent to watch blokes dancing. I was there with good friends - but not that good

When I walked past on Saturday evening there were alot of corks being thrown but it all seemed good natured!
Guilty as charged m'lud...
All good natured when we were involved late afternoon. Also had a tw@t in a fat suit getting on our t!ts and so we were trying to puncture him which was near on impossible. He then moved on to a Batman suit and once he realized he wasn't the centre of attention he pi$$ed off

We were in the large Kronenbourg tent on Saturday night, seemed to be a few cases of handbags at dawn, but apart from that is was very good................until the bloody euro techno came on !!!!!
....was that when they were lobbing toilet roll around the place. It got a bit more serious when the bar staff threw a few industrial sized hand roll paper into the fray. They carry a bit of weight esp when they get wet! It was all good natured until a tit in an england shirt and shorts (why would a 30+ yr old where a full football kit at a motor racing event?) started to target people and throw the rolls at people rather than just a general lob.The orange
flare came obviously from the Drinking for Holland lot and was for sure all good natured. They were supporting the Jan Lammers car, with stickers and the lot. Also, the T.W.A.T.S are a great bunch of people. They had the Audi no 3 stickered up as they know the drivers quite well. I missed this as I was a bit late at the bar but I'm sure the cork fight wasn't meant to get out of hand by these guys. Football clothing at the 24Hs ???
