New hotels at Le Mans

The work has started to build the new hotel just alongside the Mulsanne roundabout - a Campanile I hear - and the hotel at Ruaudin (a couple of miles east of Mulsanne - which closed four years back is to reopen in September. I have no more news but will post as and when I know more. The same person owns both.
