camping outside the circuit

We have been going to le mans for the past 7 years and always camped in the circuit, this year we are late booking and have found a few options of camping outside the circuit.

The main advantage is the 5 pints for the price of one in the circuit, other than that I can't think of any good points and hoped the le mans experts will have some views & possible links (is there any with a lap dancing bar for example)!

I too will be camping outside the circuit this year (if my mate ever pulls his figure out) and will be riding into the circuit. We can still get Radio Le Mans so won't miss out on anything. It will be good to be away from the crowds - came back to the tent this year to find five Manx guys sheltering from the rain in my gazzebo! Nice bunch of lads - got chatting about the TT.

You also don't have to handle the Max Power twunts who have already taken 2 plug sockets in Houx by Wednesday lunch time and won't let anyone daisy-chain off of them.



You also stand a chance of a paddling pool off-site of course...Ahh, the glory days of Le Mans.
