ACO Membership Renewal

Just wondering if anyone out there knows how much it is is renew your membership for the ACO? Is it the full 95 Euros again or do you get a special price? Just planning ahead, cheap tickets and all that

if you are a member, the ACO will automatically send you a reminder, if not do it through their web site. Other than that, no the prices stay the same, no discount for renewing.

I never got a reminder - even after sending multiple e-mails, and even trying to phone.

I've been an ACO Member from the start, always had a reminder.



Maybe they are trying to tell you something!

Ticket discounts and a good BOG in the ACO grandstand.

It also allows you access the ACO area within the circuit which last year was a very welcome escape from the rain!

It included cheap beer, food, t.v's, decent toilets and showers, and somewhere to sit down!

Tickets/camping/grandstands are quite heavily discounted but only really offsets the joining cost if you buy your full compliment (and possibly sell your extra tickets at a small mark up to your friends!) the details of discounts are on lemans.org.

Membership does include a nice package whichj is sent through at the end of the year with all the race bits in including timings, posters, etc which should you not want to keep (for some unknown reason) can be sold on e-bay for quite considerable amounts!

Not sure on the towing bit, luckily have never had to try to use it!

Think it is 95Euros a year, so that works out approx £65.

I got it half right.

If you're closer to the ferry than the nearest garage then they'll probably take you there instead.

They were also doing BOGOF on the champagne last year, that in itself more than made up for the membership fee

They took that off a couple of years ago.

Although they did get me on to LeMans last year as I had been a Member from the start.

I think its well worth joining for both LeMans and the Classic..... If you buy say 4 tickets and grandstand tickets, the money you save is more or less the membership cost so all the advantages listed before are free.... and free ain't bad!
