Its effectively the back half of parking Bleu. Nice easy access to the track and out to the supermarkets and Arnage. Good site imo. smile

Good news. Previously I have stayed south of the circuit at Le Chartre Sur La Loire so looking forward to spending time closer to the track

We've camped in Houx for years, but booked 7 slots together this year in Blue with a travel company as the ACO aren't being very forthcoming about our allocation this year, had a look at 'blue' last year and it seems a good spot!

In Bleu Nord last year and loved it, took a couple of mountain bikes but didn't need them as we were so close to everything.

The only thing that strikes me about Bleu is the complete lack of any shelter. It's at the top of a very slight rise and in 2005, which was hotter than Hades, I remember thinking I wouldn't want to be there. You could see the heat haze rising. Would prefer BSJ in those circumstances where the abundance of trees provides some respite.

I was in Bleu Nord last year and it was fine (not the weather, mind!), but I preferred Bleu Sud where we were the year before.
