Le Mans tickets are still available

If anyone needs tickets for this years le mans 24 then go to www.justtickets.com very friendly and on thursday they still had tickets for Beausejour and 15 x Technoparc tickets left. £58 for a campsite and you have to buy an entry ticket with it, also for £58. Not bad.

Ohh yes, entry tickets at 58 POUNDS when the ACO price is 62 EUROS...(and I doubt they pay above the ACO members price of 47 Euros for the tickets).

Last time I bought from just tickets they wanted two over priced entry tickets for each camping pass!

62 Euros = £47.

Sale price = £58.

So, they've put up the cash, paid the ACO payment processing fee, paid postage of tickets to customer, oh and they're a business whose objective is to provide a service to its customers in exchange for a profit.

Seems OK to me.....

TL are £52 general entry.

OK that's £11 per GA ticket - the only time I used Just Tickets you had to buy two GA tickets per camping pass - maybe that has changed.

Have you also priced the BSJ tickets against their face value? That's a hell of a mark up on a package of tickets and I think it's important that the mark up is clear as the OP was suggesting that this was a good deal.

The ACO are selling an increasing number of tickets to agents, personally I think it's important that we make it clear which agents charge large mark up's (Just Tickets) and where agents prices are more reasonable (Team Lang).

JT wanted me to buy 2 GA passes with each camping pass, even though we're going one-per-car, so I took my business elsewhere.

Piglet has a point. JT do make a large profit (group price for Admission tickets is 57 Euros) and it is fair play to point that out. I have no problem with them making money and they have certainly helped out a huge number of people over the years. I do however have a problem with the big agencies having a monopoly on all the tickets as the prices will just go up and up. We still buy our tickets from an agent but much cheaper than JT and you don't have to buy the General Admission (we just pick them up on the gate). I think it is good to try and support the agencies who offer a cheaper deal. Also, if you are fed up of having to pay over the odds for tickets email the ACO and tell them otherwise they won't know there is an issue and one day they will sell 100% of tickets to the massive agents.

But if there's two of you to a car it's not such a big deal. I'd rather not use and agency and pay the mark up fee's but it's free market at the end of the day. I pay a bit extra to get on Karting Nord as I'm not one for BSJ after our first year there, and HA wasn't a viable site until recently.

Just be glad it's only a small mark up, you should have tried getting tickets for the Hatton fight in Vegas or rugby world cup final.

Have used JT for several years, always had a good service and they've never let me down. Okay, they are a bit pricey and the 2 general admission tickets per camping pass is a bit mean but Motor Racing International/Page & Moy are even worse, they're more expensive and they insist you buy the crossing through them too. Are Team Langoustine charging a "large mark up" on their grandstand/camping? they're £2-3 more than Just Tickets.

Team Langoustine seem to be offering the best deal this year (you forgot to mention TL don't sting you for £7 postage either) but I don't think JT's 15-20% is exactly outrageous. As already mentioned, the real problem is the agencies seem to get first call on nearly all the tickets. I can book all my French GP tickets online 9-10 months before the race, the ACO's online booking is a joke, evertything sold out before they go on sale.

You could indeed. But you'll be crammed into the campsite like cattle with no choice on where you pitch instead of enjoying lots of space behind a fence in a private area with a members bar etc.

TL throw quite a bit in with their grandstand seats. T shirts, Draw string bags for carrying beer. They also have lanyards and stickers, but not sure if these are free. These are a little unnecessary, but it's very nice to receive a nice big bag of goodies when your tickets drop through the door. Kinda gets you in the mood. Worth the extra £2 me thinks. Very personal service too.

We didn't have that problem last year, but I guess that's because we arrived on Wednesday (as we will this year). Anyway, this isn't the place for this discussion

Time out boys !!! Just trying to help anyone out who needs campsite tickets at a reasonable price who missed the boat. I have my allocation from the ACO but I know a few people who want to go and need campsites. its better AND CHEAPER than the parasites who sell tickets for 3 times the value on eBay each and every year denying the true fan of buying at the correct rate. At least JT and the like are professional and providing a service without ripping people off.

I used Just Tickets last year and had no complaints as a first-timer, however I now know they charge over the odds for GA passes and this year because we won't have 2 people per car I'd be left with a sack full of overpriced GA tickets to try and sell on.

Le Mans tickets should go to car clubs like rugby tickets go to rugby clubs. Not only would this mean lower price tickets and some margin for the clubs but this would also ensure that people attending are generally car fans rather than 'event goers' (he said generously).
