Why haven't people recieved their tickets yet
Discussion
As a non ACO member, I ordered my tickets direct from lemans.org & they arrived over a fortnight ago via TNT from France.
I've seen a couple of tickets for sale recently, where the sellers haven't yet received them from the British agents.
Surely these agents would have got their tickets long before me ?
If so, what takes them some long to get them to their punters.
Are these agents selling tickets that they don't actually own/have ?
Seems odd that you can go on the site & get your tickets tomorrow from 500 miles away, yet the local tout you paid six months ago can't post them out to you.
Am I missing a trick here ?

I got some of my tickets direct from aco and some from an agent and the aco ones arrived by ups around a week/2 weeks ago but having contacted my agent, they said that theirs hadnt arrived and would hopefuly be here within the next 7 days, and then posted out..
i hope they're not too far off

Hi Mark, mailed you earlier.
I can't understand how us lesser mortals (non ACO members)
have got our tickets, two weeks (minimum) before the official sellers.
Is it the same every year ?

I believe that whether you are an ACO member or not doesn't necessarily give you any priority. I am a member, but when it comes to buying tickets, it doesn't help at all (bar a slight discount).Think the priority of who can get what, does go to businesses/agents, but it obviously doesn't apply when it comes to actually delivering them! (Haven't got mine yet - though UK company!).
See you there Russ?
I'll be there Nicky......I've got my back up camping ticket, but would prefer A KN one as some one's offered to take my tent & various tat down & stick it all together for me. And collect & refrigerate my Beer.
My "tent erecting" skills are on a par with my "booking German hotels" skills
See ya soon

Recieved my camping passes and general entrance last week, I booked with the guys at Team Langoustine, very eficient. As for my tribune passes, which I ordered via the TVR car club, there is no sign. They tell me they are yet to recieve them from the ACO.
Next year I will be doing everything through TL as they're very easy to deal with. Great guys.
