if you have a company car you will need a VE103B form from the hire/lease car company.

permission from your company to take the car abroad.
make sure your company have told their insurers that your taking it abroad.

I always reckon you can get by with just three things. Passport, credit card and mobile phone. However, one thing not mentioned so far is breakdown insurance. Might be a good idea.
