Evening Pincher

I bought some beconase spray today, my hayfever started off yesterday. It works fairly well at LM, or did in 2006 when there was a chance of any pollen!!!

Strangely i thought it was behaving itself this year ... but yep, nose has started today with I'm sure eyes to join in shortly!

Beconase it is then - can't take anything else as I took Piriton a few years ago and had an allergic reaction the the Cetirizine in it!

How you can be allergic to an anti-allergy ingredient, I really don't know

must be something in the air (!) I've been fine all year and today I have been streaming from the moment I woke up... uuurrrggghhhhh. Even my regular meds don't seem to have an effect.

Sneezed in the middle of putting a sticker on and it went all wonky
