Still haven't received my tickets which I ordered directly from ACO early in the yearcry Emailed twice recently without response. Can anyone assist by providing the ticket office telephone number for an english speaking member of their staff. Any help gratefully received.

Don't panic, or sit there crying, they'll be out, don't worry.

I got a mail today confirm that there are a load being sent out on Monday by DHL.

It may depend if they're coming from the ACO or the organisers, peters.fr

I'll attempt to find some stiff upper lip and be patient but it's the first time i've ordered direct and therefore don't quite know what to expect regarding delivery. Time is getting exitingly short though.

Firstly if you ring them they will find you someone who speaks English, there is only one number AFAIK.

How did you order, have you had any confirmation, have you had the invoice and sent it back with your CC details?

Ordered online and paid, including delivery fee, by credit card, had email that card card had been debited, not had confirmation directly from ticket office nor an invoice. Transaction has been entirely online via official site.

Yes, I've been confirmed that by Peter Auto.
Most pre ordered tickets are being sent this week.

That's fine, if they've told you that they've debited your credit card your tickets will turn up shortly. I think they started to send tickets out just before the 24 hour and hopefully will have started again now it's all over. I wouldn't fret about it.

As said you should get an email from DHL to say that you're tickets are on their way.

Have no fear. The tickets I got from my allocation arrived a week ago - but I'd already sold them on to someone else. The tickets I ordered online I think are going to be delivered tomorrow, UPS sent me an email today.

Classic tickets arrived today!!!!!!

Allocation in Karting Nord - X26 and 27 - from reading another post I thinki that's at the corner opposite the small track down to the Kart track? Assuming the layout will be the same as for the 24H?

Only downside to this is that this corner of the site will be closest to the entrance to KN and so easier for any would-be thieving Gypos to get in - but also presumably nearest the 'security' guys??

Getting that racing fuel smell in my nose already!!!driving

Oh Christ! That's what that email is about. What do they do if no-one is in to sign. Why bloody UPS of all things, our nearest depot is about 30 miles away!

How late can you get tickets, ive never been and really would love to go this year but I dont know if i can get the time off work and probably wont right till the last minute so to speak. im tempted to go and say sod it to them as there may be a move to Oz in the pipeline so may not get another chance.

UPS usually leave mine with a neighbour, alternatively you can ring them and arrange an alternative address for delivery so can have them sent to your home address.

0033 892 697 224 is the number on my invoice.

My tickets arrived on 2 June, exactly in line with the UPS tracking web site. As Piglet says, the ACO will have English speakers. They've been efficient in all my dealings with them and seem to afford inordinate respect to Club24 members.

And my neighbour signed for my tickets

Just bowl up for General Entrance tickets - that's what many of the locals do. Camping and grandstands are another matter but who needs 'em anyway? Mulsanne corner (although tough to find as it tends not to be signposted) is virtually empty during the Classic and you can pitch a small tent in the car park there overnight if stuck.

Yep - was the tickets. Question though, I got 1 x tribune 20 grandstand ticket as that is the stand my two mates had booked, then for good luck, I bought us all 4 tickets for the ACO stand, tribune 18 (I know I know, at 4€ each bloody generous of me!) ... however, despite checking and re-checking, there are no seat numbers on them confused
