Monday 16TH...Photographer on North bound toll road

Spotted a photographer on one of the two toll roads heading back North on the Monday.

Shortly after, I spotted a policeman with a radar gun on a bridge, just before the toll booths.

Anyonelse spot the photographer, and is he on here ?

I presumed the photographer was a policeman....

he was police..............we saw him too, he was at a Mobile speedcam location on the SatNav as per POI Plaza as where the gang of them further up
