Beginners camping question...

This year will be my first visit to the classic and I have a couple of questions for you old hands out there...

1. The campsites say Thurs to Sun inclusive, does this mean we can stay over in the campsite Sunday night and depart Monday??

2. If we don't camp can we just "over night" in the car parks - done this in the past at parking bleu for the "normal" le mans and had no issues sleeping in a small tent or in the car for just the Saturday night (was 5 years ago though). Could we get away with this at the classic?

I know it's late in the day to be asking but... better late than never...

1. We have done the last two years so I assume yes.

2. Who knows, it's the ACO - probably...

2. In theory no but in practice you can get away with it. However, if it's a problem go out to Mulsanne for the night where pitching a tent is not a problem as there's hardly anybody there as a rule.
