You'll be fine, go to beermountain.com and click 'tickets' for a list of most agents. If you contact them all you are bound to get somewhere. beausejour, arnage or mulsanne are a gurantee. Would have thought you would be able to get bleu nord, expo or technopark which are a bit closer.
Lots of optimists here so far....I think you're pretty close to being screwed! Bleu Nord will be sold out by now as will all of the more central sites and your biggest problem is that most of the sites are now allocated pitches so your chances of getting 8/9 pitches together at this stage are pretty small.
I would suggest your only chance is Beausejour, it's probably worth putting an order into the ACO direct but otherwise it will need to be an agency but be careful, most agencies will want you to buy two over priced general admittance tickets for each campsite pitch so ordering via the ACO would save you some dosh. Was BSJ zoned this year?
The other option is to try the Le Mans tourist office, they are apparently very helpful.

I am afraid I second Piglets advice.
However, most agencies will sell you Beau without entrance passes.
Buy Beau direct from the ACO ASAP, get your GE passes at the main entrance when you get there, but if you want grandstands, your only chance is with an agency. So give JT, TL, or one of the others a buzz. Compare prices and check they have their allocation before parting with your hard earned.

Hold on a second. Some of the agencies haven't even started taking bookings yet! And considering the ACO haven't even officially given the agencies their allocations yet (apologies if I'm wrong) I don't think you can say the Beausejour is the only option. For sure you stand very little chance of getting Houx, Maison Blanche, Houx Annexe or Karting Nord but so what. Everybody gets scared this time of year. I personally don't think it's neccessary unless you are keen to get the same pitch/campsite every year. That is what some people need but I am guessing a stag group won't be bothered so long as they are not all the way out at Beausejour. You'll be able to get Beausejour, Arnage or Mulsanne on the online ACO shop in Feb/March so at least hold out for something better until then.
Have a talk with Richard or Andrew at Travel Destinations (www.lemansrace.com). This is my 10th year with them with a variety of group sizes and they can talk you through the available camp sites.
They will also link your bookings so that when the camping permits are posted out they will give you as close as they can to consecutive pitch numbers so that you can pitch together (assuming the race organisers number the pitches on the ground sensibly).

A better alternative would be to hire a mini-bus for the majority of your mates, there are two good reasons for this, firstly once at the circuit you'll struggle to park 8-9 cars together if you go out and about to Arnage or to view the circuit late at night, plus nobody can drink if you're driving, the cops are getting more and more strict with brethalising. It's much easier and safer to pile everyone in a minibus and draw straws for a designated driver for the night.
Le Mans would be an excellent venue for a stag do, just depends on what you want your stag do to be like, there are quiet campsites and lairy campsites and as long as you respect the fact that some people want to spend 24hrs watching cars and nothing else you'll be fine but wherever you go there will be lots of meat, beer, wine, top chaps in some very nice cars and the best motorsports event in the world!

I'd go for a minibus if I were you. Less aggro booking the camping, less aggro booking the ferry/rail crossing, and a ready-made opportunity to take the p*ss out of whichever poor sod ends up driving.
Not 100% sure about LM as a stag do location but if you all like cars, don't mind a (very) late night and can hold your own against mad Dutch drinking teams you'll have fun. Just don't bother looking for strippers though (unless you take your own!)

I'm sure we'll be fine.......I've only invited petrolheads, the strippers are a whole other night.
