To my mind, if you want to watch race footage and it doesn't need to be portable, you could do it cheaper and better by taking your own equipment with you. We had TV last year at our camp and I think the only expense was a £10 signal strength finder that my mate chose to pick up at Maplin because he likes his gadgets, although it could have been done without by trial and error. The rest of the stuff was old gear we already had kicking about the place, i.e.

14" Sony TV
Old analog sky dish (plus short scaffold pole to hammer into the ground and mount it to)
Old analog sky box
One of the guys' sky cards to go in the box

So long as you have access to Eurosport/MotorsTV/whatever here, if your dish is pointed in the right direction you'll be able to pick it up there, and it won't cost you a bean or be streamed like a 2" youtube video...

Which is great if you have the space to cart it all down in.

A friend had a KTV last year and it was excletten to be able to park our butts in Houx and watch it all. We are going to book ours for this year in the next week or so if we can (haven't looked yet!)

Well yeah, if you're going in an Elise or a Tiv you might be pressed for space... but if you have the room, it's a better solution IMO

I'm going in a Seven So space is tight.
Is it written in stone that the coverage has spread to the camp sites for this year yes? I'm in Karting Nord.
