Well, after 16 years I have decided to try another houx annex rather than Blu nord.

Can anyone advise what is/ isn't going to be frowned upon?

ie fireworks, small radio controlled plane, pool, loud music, bbq etc etc

Genuinly apprecaite it if someone could let me know, as it will be a first for me

Emsman... I'd have a skinny at this before you set your heart on Houx Annexe:

Been there for the last few years

Fireworks - OK
BBQ - OK
Loud music - OK
Pool - not OK
RC Plane - you'd be tremendously unpopular if you hit someone with it, or their car, but can't see you getting told not to use it

I think you may be missing the point here - as I understand it, you will be sharing the field with a new stadium (or some cranes judging by current progress). See the link above - Houx Annexe as a campsite is no more! (I believe)

i'm led to believe cement mixers make great makeshift barbeques.
plus if you climb up the crane you'd get a great birds eye view of at least 1/3 to 1/2 the track.
plus there'll be probably plenty of sand to play in should you wish to bring kids.

sounds great to me.

I thought the cement mixers were for mixing large amounts of Chili con carne hehe

Let's get it straight boys, before you all have to call an ambulance with defibrillator - just look through a few previous threads. I posted some pix a while back.

HOUX ANNEXE IS STILL THERE!

It is Houx Nord, north of the roundabout just a bit further up than the Annexe that has disappeared. Houx, Houx Annexe, Team Langoustine are all good still. It is between TL and Houx Annexe that it has disappeared. Here is a photo of the Annexe taken this year:-

Here though is what was the inside of Tertre rouge:-

Now here is a shot of the roundabout north of the annexe and the circuit entrance is on the left. You'll see that at 100yds it is now all fenced off.

mini bikes also seem popular lol. but the guys comment about pools is correct, no one likes them. Some nobs next to us had a pool last year. They were a bloody unsociable bunch, taking up way more space than everyone else, and then got angry with us when one of our gang inevitably got a bit merry and went for a dip in their pool,.....via their trampoline,.....in minimal / horribly revieling attire, lol

Its hugely unlikely, it weighs 20 grams, glides for miles and you really cant crash it. Im not the sort to be out to do something stupid i can assure you.
