Ibis & Kyriad hotels in Rouen

Does anyone have any good or bad things to say about either the Ibis Centre Rive Droite, Ibis Centre Rive Gauche, or the Kyriad?
I'm thinking of car parking really.
Used the Kyriad before with no problems, but as they weren't taking bookings at the time, are booked into the Ibis Rive Droite at the moment on the Thursday and Sunday nights.
