Hospitality Organiser/Caterer reqd for next Classic LeMans

I'm trying to locate possible professional organisers/caterers to provide hospitality facilities for a company for the next LeMans Classic. They need to provide marque, catering etc for the duration of the event and be professional about it.

Has anyone any contacts?

If you want to do this within the Circuit i.e. on ACO land you have to use their suppliers I think. Guy of White Rabbit Racing might be able to pass you on some contacts.

Try Travel Destinations. Im fairly sure they are doing something for the Classic in 2010.

Carlo Dioli of Smoking Dog (used to be Le Chien qui Fume) is very experienced at Le Mans for team paddock hospitality, friendly and helpful. If you have a much bigger group and need something sophisticated/VIP, try Claude Gasnal of CGO. He speaks English, he's based in Le Mans and can organise all the extra options like accommodation, shuttles, helicopter overflights. Well connected with ACO. He has a big smart marquee set up for the 24 Hours, easy to deal with. Say I mentioned him.
