Printing your own stickers?

i wanted to print off a few small personalised stickers for my car, i am getting a load from hollographics, including big team logos and all the regular ones, but wanted a few small ones that i have designed myself. i can get them made, but it would be easier to do it myself. does anyone know where i can get the special paper that i can print onto? it would need to be waterproof and stay on the car at 100+ MPH. i know you can get the stuff, but just don't know where! help, as always, would be great.
