Le Man's Virgin....

This year will be my first year to Le Man's, can anyone give me any info on where to book tickets, the best campsite's and the rough cost of the "operation".

Any info would be very helpful, so i know what i'm letting myself in for

At this late stage I would suggest Ebay, Beermountain.com and on here for camping tickets. Agents wont have much left now. Buy your general entrance ticket once you get there.

At this late stage you will need to be flexible but it is possible, we decided to go 10 days before the race a few years back and still managed it but just had to pay a bit more for camping and ferries etc. You are probably looking at about £100 for a standard camping pass on Ebay but it wort asking Team Langoustines, Speedchills etc incase they have anything left, ferries/ trains are fairly well booked so you may have to be flexible with times or use one route over and another back but again for a normal size car its about £100. As said, GA tickets can be bought on the gate with no problems

Its worth having a look at the wanted/got/swap thread at the top of the page for people who have spares left and want face value for them.

Some of the agencies still have camping tickets, 1st tickets have blue nord so try all the usual agents first, L & D lines are still doing ferries for £50 quid return aswell. Driving down is no problem and race tickets are available when you get there.

You could try www.clubmotorsport.com. We went with them last year and they have spaces left. A couple of miles from Arnage so not trackside but a good bunch
