Le Mans Suggested/Places /Events /Meeting for the week

Can anyone suggest the best places to go from Wednesday to friday night to have some good sensible fun but have a great time with the cars also.

Anywhere.

Thinking that you're missing out on something and needing to be a certain place at a certain time misses the point. The whole experience, in my unworthy opinion, is that you just take things as they come and spotting a nice or unusual motorcar in the most unexpected place is what makes LM special.

For the Friday, though, check out as many of Chartre-sur-le-loir, Saint Saturnin, Arnage village and seemingly for this year, Lowdrag's Mulsanne town hall meet.

With the exception of some of the Friday meetings (e.g. Classic British Welcome) I'd say the car should only be used to drive to the supermarket and back. Outside that if your blood-alcohol level is low-enough to legally drive...fire up the BBQ and open a beer.
