....what car do you buy to cruise down in and why?

For me it would have to be the legendary Porsche 993 GT2 - stunningly fast, beautiful front and side curves culminating in the most aggressive looking spoiler on the planet, oh and also the thoroughbred Le Mans racing history!

How about this - without the brat and his parents - and an Elise 111R in place of the Merc.....

Call me mad, but I really want a Tesla. It would be a logistical nightmare and other campers on Houx might get upset when I blow fuses recharging it, but imagine doing silent burnouts on Friday biggrin

Would have to be a Zonda for me. Not much racing pedigree, but will look and sound the business.

Doubt I would get a motorhome, would keep the tent, but may just pay someone to pitch it for me!

yes Can you imagine the urge to ignore the campsite directions and just go for a (very) quick blast down the Mulsanne!

POA ... let's hope it's a big win! Will pay mates to go ahead with motorhome and ensure the bubbly is suitably chilled on arrival. May also spend a small amount of cash to set up www.champagnemountain.com

It goes without saying that the 993 GT2 would be in gulf colours (or maybe Martini....) but I must say that McLaren F1 looks mighty tempting!!!

I'd call Toyota, ask them what price for their one and only road going GT1, and then assuming I get it I'd deck it out in it's original stickers and ask martin Brundle to be my co-driver.

Should I not be successful in my negotiatons with Toyota, I may pour scorn on them and get myself a really adequate Honda NSX.

Actually, if anyone knows of a Mazda 787 Group C in road going spec....

Blimey, are my eyes slanting or something?
