Newbie question - Can I get some decent ones at the track somewhere? The ones in Boots don't really look up to job for the volume I'm expecting and I'm hoping to get at least a few hours sleep over the course of the weekend!

After my first year trying to sleep next to someones generator I bought cheap ear defenders from B&Q - my best buy I think! Makes a massive difference and reasonably comforable.

Ear defenders are better because you can still wear ear phones beneath them. A must if you want to listen to Radio Le Mans from the stands

Yup Ive got some shooting ear defenders this year. The fireworks and music at 4am every night in Houx Annex pretty much prevented me getting any sleep all weekend last year.

Someone bought me ones with a socket to plug a radio into as well.. Peltor ones.

Don't need them for the race, just need them in the tent to block out the sound of snoring
