Well I've received my allocation for 2010, 4 in Blue Nord , asked for 6 in Houx though.

My brother also applied asking for 4 in Blue and got 2 in Houx.

So work that logic out.

At least it will put an end to the Ebay rip off and other money makers if you can email the ACO ticket office and request tickets, and then actually get some at cost price smilesmilesmile

It's good news on the one hand, if you're prepared to accept the apparent randomness of the allocation you get...

But massively frustrating that they can't just do it properly in the first place so people can go and order the tickets they want on-line, and be told if their particular selection has run out. Not submit a request and end up with something completely different.

Sorry, but I spend much of my working day trying to make things work properly in terms of sorting out processes, and stuff like this really bugs me because it's just so avoidable and unnecessary ! Hell, I could even do it for them using a simple spreadsheet !!

Because you've never been able to do that before have you?

I have always got my tickets direct from the ACO, and that has been the past 5+ years....

Hey Mark,

Always got them from the ACO, I'm a member.

But you wouldn't buy tickets from Ebay and 1st Tickets if the ACO were efficient or marketed Le Mans in the UK better.

For the past three years allocation has been an issue.

Oh yes and then there was the year our pitch was the road in houx, and then the year it didn't exist.

That said the ticket office normally are very helpful when asked nicely.
