PHLM 10 T-Shirt design ideas thread.

There was a thread running last year where the PH masses designed the Le Mans 2009 tee shirts.

Must order a smaller size next time, as I prefer a more boy-band type fit than a homeboy one!!

That's not a bad idea, and as we are nearing LM I guess we should start a thread.

Shall we use this one? I'll amend the title accordingly.

Post any ideas you have here, and we'll get them mocked up and we can choose an overall winner

How about....

A T-shirt with the race numbers of every car which had a British driver, or drivers. Cars with one Brit have a small number, cars completely crewed by Brits have a bigger, bolder number.

Could just put them in a random pattern scattered around the front / back with a tag-line along the lines of "Pistonheads - supporting Brits in Motorsport since XXXX (insert year) - Because Speed Matters"

Last year, our shirts were the image of steve mcqueen sticking his fingers up, taken from the film le mans. Easy to get hold of from google.
Then we took a photo of each of the party, and cut the image out in a couple of layers, so we ended up with steve mcqueens hair and race overalls on our faces.

Easy as anything to do, and looked suprisingly good, considering they were done when we were drunk, er, sorry, i mean at a planning meeting!

Then it was just a case of reversing the image,printing onto transfer paper, then ironing.

Hello, how about a french policeman with a radar gun Lemans 2010 across the picture. The track layout around the picture of the policeman with the radar gun.

Then underneath SPEED IS NOTHING WITHOUT CONTROL on the back of the shirt.

On the front LE MANS 2010 with pistonheads logo with a checker race flag.

I'm just gonna wear my shirt from last year!

Figure it gives you more "cred" and that your not a le mans virgin!

Plus i don't see how the design/colour combo can be topped - really good t's last year!
