Last minute vinyl Midlands area???

As the title suggests - does anyone know where a group of us who've decided to go down at short notice, can get some vinyls made up/applied to the cars? Doesn't need to be anything too fancy, just something so we can join in with everyone else making the convoy down.

Any help would be really gratefully received!
