Le Man Sat Nav Help

Had a quick look back but couldn't find it. Last year there was a list of Le man attractions and where to find them and what to put into your sat nav to get there. Can anyone find it or have a link to somewhere that can help. Its a crappy fitted manufacturer sat nav ill be using so i don't think i can use GPS co-ordinates tho.
