As it's my 1st year this year I thought I'd double check this one, it's the only thing I'm not 100% on.

If your car has the GB logo on your reg plates, do you need to put a GB sticker on also or can you get away without one?

Don't fancy a fine for no reason...

As long as you have GB on the plates you don't need a stickers on the back of the car

If stopped by the police having a hi-vis jacket, documents and bulbs in the car will help. Not so sure about the beer... smile

Thanks for clearing that up Tony thumbup You learn something new every day! biggrin In 2003 I tried all the local garages to find a rope but no one had one! Ended up in Carrefour buying washing line rope (several bundles) binding it together to make a Tow rope! Bloody typical they sell Tow ropes in the shop NEXT DOOR rolleyes Then people started to tell me it was Illegal to tow a car in France frown Sorry to say I believed them rolleyes

PS: They did not have Tow Ropes in Carrefour at the time frown I looked!
