Tickets from ACO website - how long do they take to arrive?

About 10 days ago I used the ACO website to order GA tickets for the 24hrs - how long should I expect to wait for them to arrive and should I have faith that the tickets will actually arrive in time?

If you have a booking reference number it could be worth sending them a quick email ([e-mail]) or phone call... I sent them an email today and had a reply a few hours later on

Thanks mate, received tickets yesterday so looks like there's a lead-time of about 2 weeks.
