Was in bed by 11 last night. left the circuit at 3 and went via Caen. Thats the beauty of living in Southampton - 15 minutes from the ferry at night!!
Great weekend, felt sorry for the Peugeots when the last one blew up, then got nicked on the way back by an invisible camera and plod said I didn't need evidence because he was "a policeman and I must belive him" as he was relieving me of €90!
Funnily enough my sympathy with all things French evaporated and I rerturned to my normal feelings for the French - t

I guess you were on the Brittany fastcat then? I was leading a 3 car convoy from the circuit and was surprised by how few police we actually went past, was sticking to the limits though, so I guess any hidden cams remained hidden Great weekend, felt sorry for the Peugeots when the last one blew up, then got nicked on the way back by an invisible camera and plod said I didn't need evidence because he was "a policeman and I must belive him" as he was relieving me of €90!

Correct Knight.
I was on the Fastcat, think I prefer the slow one. The cat is SO boring, nothing to do!!
Which ferry were you on? We were in a convoy of 6 cars when we got to the port, our deck was great, 3 astons, 5 or 6 fezzas, loads of 911s, TVRs, NSX, loads of nice metal!
I was in a red 996 C4S with circuit stickers on the doors and bonnet

I was also on that crossing driving the silver Cerb and was with a white Evo and silver Scooby. Thought the lower deck on that crossing looked superb with all those performance cars
And a big thumbs up to the crew who seemed to care alot more about the low cars than the outbound crossing which we did on the slow ferry.

The crew were great, very careful. Your car had the Union Jack roof? The EVO had "TVR Support Crew" on the back? Correct.
Both looked excellent!
I think I overtook you on the way out of Portsmouth I was in the Red C4S with the E63 up my chuff!!
Thought we all could have made some more noise disembarking though!!!

Only needed their help twice
5 mins from home on thursday morning, one of the bonnet locks broke, so had to tape one corner of it down and yesterday morning I checked the oil only for the dipstick handle to shear off whilst the rest of it was in the engine so had to cabletie the handle in place!!
