For me, the highlight of the road trip was spotting a blue Dino and an orange Stratos.

Apologies for the poor photo, but it was a truly fantastic sight.

Also spotted a gold Citroen Maserati on UK plates.

Here's a gratuitous pic of my old Lotus about 100 miles North of Le Mans on Friday afternoon.

Think the blue Dino belongs to a bloke off the Club Scuderia site called albert who also owns a rather nice F40.

The Dino, Stratos and a rather lovely old Merc convertible were camped next to us in Houx Annexxe.
We couldn't stop staring at the Dino, just an incredible car.

Saw a red Dino in Arnage on Saturday. I've seen a red one in London, and a yellow one in Bedford. Do love them a lot

There and back, I had a distinct lack of anything interesting (other than the black cab, covered in another thread) frown Mine was definitely the prettiest biggrin

Much to my surprise, it did manage Preston to Le Mans and back, which is a round trip of 1200 miles.

But it was an awfully long way and I was completely knackered at the end of it.

Saw a Veyron in Le Mans town centre and a Carrera GT plus a Noble M600 outside Beasejour. Both firsts for me. Oh also a Zolfe Orange on the ferry!

I saw an orange Zolfe in Arnage. Saw one last year parked on the grass near the Dunlop Bridge - wonder if they're all one and the same. Can't be too many about. Love them too

Not on the way, but saw two gorgeous Ultimas in Arnage too (or maybe it was the same one)
