Bleu Nord - water available ??
Discussion
Just wondering if there is water available on Bleu Nord to fill up the water tank on our motorhome, or whether we'd need to fill up before we get there.
Also, is there somewhere relatively close to Bleu Nord where we might be able to get daily consumables such as bread ? Once the motorhome is parked up we'll only have bikes, so don't really want to have to go miles every day for our baguettes

Thanks everyone
There are outside taps just by the entrance toilets. Slap a hose pipe on that.
Super U isn't massively far away.
When you come out of the campsite, turn right. end of that road, turn left right at the round about, end of that road is superU on your left. Thats where we did all our shopping, regulars might know better places though.

Great stuff, thanks. I thought the supermarches in Arnage were further away, but that's not too far at all.Super U isn't massively far away.

I've got a newbie friend coming to the Classic, and it'll be his first time at Le Mans, so I'm working very much on the basis that I can rely on his enthusiasm to offer to go and get the bread, etc.

Even if I only get one trip out of him it'll save my legs a bit

I know that there are vans which come round the campsites selling things like bread, croissants and even ice!
Sunday evening we were greeted by the slightly surreal sight of a British ice cream van doing the rounds around Bleu Nord. Was very, very welcome though !!Gassing Station | Le Mans | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
