Was unable to go to the classic this year so i`m eager to see others pictures, not just of the racers , anything interesting on the way down or from the camp sites.......Martin

We had a 1908 Brasier on the SC camp site - tractor on bicycle wheels, as far as I'm concerned biggrin It was brilliant - never failed to put a smile on people's faces when it started up/drove in or out. Will post a photo up later

It had a top speed of 110 mph, and if they change the cogs - it would be 140 mph. I thought I overheard someone say it had torque in the 900s, but someone else said 700s. Either way, it took on a new Aston Martin on the way down, and left it for dead apparently laugh

The best pics from the 12Gb of photos i took. We went along with a Bentley team so its kinda Bentley heavy.

  1. Bentley Sunset

  1. The result of drifting a very heavy 82 year old car

All taken with a 50d if anyone cares

Went with a few friends from DDK camping at Karting Nord. What a wonderful event! Strongly Porsche biased pictures smile

We 'borrowed' one of the chicanes on the Mulsanne for a while!

On the public road approaching the roundabout...

The winner (well, one of them!)

I'm now on countdown to the next event. Can't wait smile

I can't think where that is. I thought it was only ACO buildings above the garages. I must be completely confused!

Right at the top above all the hostility suites there is a grandstand you can access through the paddock. Past a certain time on the Friday no one cares which pass you may have (or haven't!) got smile

Were you inside the track (the catch fencing) for some of those pics? IT seems to get higher and more plentiful each year.
