Evening all.
Just a spot of news about this bar which has been used by a number of 24 heures du Mans visitors over the years on the way back to Blighty (often on the Tuesday) after the race.
I have lots of fun memories drinking ice cold demi-pressions watching a herd of Daimler Darts and the Silver & Yellow GT40 (A40...).
Well, yesterday it changed owners from the young lady who has been the patron for the last 6 years to new owners who are intent on making it a creperie in addition to being a bar.
Good news as it will return to offering light meals like it did pre-2004 as well as "Ice Cold in Alex" beers.
