Looks like a genuine £30 each way offer for bookings before 1st Feb, any duration car + 9.
Apparently limited number of places. It certainly applies to Le Mans dates, I've just tried it!
No connection with them and I'm already booked elsewhere, just thought it might save some of you a few ££
