ACO office

Last year I looked for the office bacause I wanted to prebook but I looked and looked and couldn't find it... is it near the museum entrance?

It's in the office block building next to the ACO grandstand on the main straight.

Earlier in the week they deal with this year's tickets over the road at the 'Rotunda' building at the Expo Centre.

And unless you speak French be prepared to wait, as people who can in there seemed in short supply!

Yes, the ticketing for the event is at the 'Rotunda' adjacent/part of the Audi hotel complex in the 'Parking Rouge' area.

Went there last year to secure parking for my nephew....as the youngsters on the gates at Tertre Rouge to get to Camping Rouge would not allow him in.....even though he had all the camping gear, and was prepared to move afterwards.

IIRC, all the girls on the desks at the Rotunda were pretty fluent english speakers.

Yep, and were pretty helpful, faced with longish queues. We had tickets for Blu Sud but the pitch numbers didn't exist. Went back to the Rotunda, queued again and were then accompanied back to Blu Nord by a couple of ACO officials to sort out a site. Can be very helpful when they try.
