I have a female friend who earns well but has piss poor credit. She wants to lease a car, has plenty of cash to put down, plenty each month but if you credit checked her there would be a special flashing red light that would blind you.

She's after a range rover ideally, but i think anything like that would be considered, anyone got any contacts/ideas/links/suggestions etc?

Thank you in advance smile

Since it's secured, it might not be so much of a issue...

I take it then that she is piss poor at actually paying her bills even though she can afford it? If its that then she might get something but it will be at some horrific APR because of the work involved in chasing when she doesn't pay, even if she does pay in the end.

You won't get a lease without a credit check because it will include checking she is who she says she is. She will, however, probably get a lease, if she can afford it, as someone will always be willing to take it on, but the interest may not be brilliant, nor will the customer service if payments are missed at that end of the market.

She has never been on the radar any where, always off the grid so there are no 'roots' which most companies hate.

She has an accountant who is willing to go guarantor (sp?) for her but doesn't want the actual agreement in his name.

Shoe on the other foot, would you lend someone you didn't know a £40k Range Rover with a history of not paying their bills?

No?

Nor would I wink

It will be.

You can't convince an underwriter that despite the fact she has a poor history of paying her bills that she'll be good this time around

That is not the problem

Bank loan and buy it or if she has enough wedge buy it outright. If not point her to the Dacia range.

So she's never had a bank account, or utility bill in her name, nor rented a property from a letting agent, nor bought a house with a mortgage, or registered to vote anywhere or any time?

I'm going with Crack we.

Black Auto Group have offered some RR's in the past and some stated as no credit check. Very active on twitter, check them out. A friend currently has a C Class coupe from them and is very pleased

That might be a problem, mostly because they worry she will fk off at some point with the car. If she owns a house, no problem. Otherwise it may be an issue.

If your friend has bad credit it's going to cost a bit more per month. Leasing is a good choice. £200 a month will get a motor (new or used), £400 will get something more luxury.

The best firm I know of is Compass Vehicle Services but check their eligibility criteria before making an application. Think you can get a motor from them in about a week from the application.

Hope it helps.
If you are the quality of spammers that work for them I hope people avoid like the plague. What a fking retard.

The old lease is probably up now, and she'll be looking to change.
