Evening,

Long time lurker...be gentle

I currently have an E46 saloon, but really struggle to get 3 child seats in the back. ( 1, 2 and 5 year old)

Apart from the obligatory SUV style vehicles, is there anything a little more interesting/exciting that fits the bill for 4/5k?

Thanks

If you need three child seats side by side you'll need the widest car possible, and even then you might be stretching it.

Or go for something with a 3rd row of seats.

Or buy one of those expensive things with the seats built in which fits in almost any car.... very expensive though.

Save your money for the car & buy one of the Multimac unit's they're around £1000 but a lot easier to buy than another car.

That's an impressive piece of kit!

I still rate our Honda FRV for 3 kid seats across the back seats. Added benefit of being vw golf sized but with 6 seats and noone sits in the boot.
