Help with next car Purchase VW CC, E60 530d?

Hello all!

With the current miles i'm doing in the car and the "I will change my car @ 120k miles" plan set, this benchmark is fast approaching!

Currently i have a 2007 E90 330d M Sport, Auto. Currently @ 109k and rising by 2k a month. Absolutely love the car, and would consider a newer, less leggy one. But as always, Searching the Classified has raised a couple other options that i hadn't considered.

If any one has ownership reviews on any of the below car, id like to hear about them.

My attention has been drawn to the following -

VW Passat CC (Or just CC)
E60 525D or 530D

Or any other Suggestions that meet the following?

I have a Budget of around £10k (Including the sale/Part ex of the E90)
Needs to be 4 doors
Would rather an Auto, for no reason other than the miles i cover
Sat-Nav, Bluetooth, Leather
Turn of speed Similar to the 330d?

I`d have thought a Passat CC will not have the same turn of speed as your present car....
