Currently have a low mileage very good condition TVR Chimaera sat in the garage.

It never gets used, partly because i never have time. But mostly, because the time i do have cannot be spent in the car because i now need a minimum of 3 seats.

In the spring, i am considering selling up for a TVR Cerbera. 4 seats, ish... and just as special as the Chim.

I want the garage queen car to be something i can polish, maby do a track day or two in... but critically go on drives with the family in. not full blown holidays, but ocasional trips to the beach. Somthing that might one day become an heirloom.

Other than the Cerbera, what am i missing?

My 2005 Focus TDCi will tick all of these boxes for you. Straight swap for the chim?

Being serious, I think you need to be clearer with what car characteristics matter to you (other than 4 seats).

Something that has a sense of occasion. A focus with a Rolls-Royce Merlin engine in it would maby fit the bill.

Not sure how much you are wanting to spend and whether you need four proper seats but a few suggestions below

BMW 1M Values will only continue to increase

BMW M2 Same as 1M

Porsche 911 996 Turbo As above

New Ford Mustang. Not sure about these for becoming a classic

Aston Martin Vanquish Again not sure about future values
