2004 Nissan Navara D22

How bad are they. I've found a d22 Navara in budget that's tidy but worried about the engine going bang. It's got 90,000miles. It's a good hour and half away so what to be sure before I drive over.

Very true this to be fair. I suppose it's like anything. It hits the internet and people only complain about the bad. Maybe worth a risk and to stop reading too much

I assume you want an offroad work vehicle. As such it's a tough beast. The owner should be able to show that the engine has been uprated.

Are they the ones where the chassis cracks or is that the D40?

If it's not popped in 13 years then you should be as safe buying this as anything else of this era.

Thanks for the replies. I have made my mind up and today I will looking and making an offer on a D40 Nissan Navara 👍🏻. I've had to up my budget but they are a better truck.
