5-7k on car?

hi fokes my lease on my golf r has come to an end and a change in circumstances i am going to get a 2nd hand motor i have 5-7k to spend but am unsure off what to go for would likr something fast and fun would love some input from you guys i have always fancied a Renaultsport of some sorts but a really open to other ideas

Megane R26? Civic Type R GT maybe? those would be my two picks for something roughly Golf-sized and decent.

cool thanks guys, just within the price range really i am not sure if i would get fed up with 2 seats after a while though as will be an every day car not doing massive millage at all though

2008 Focus ST-3 these are very good cars not as sharp as the Megane but still a good steer.
