Less that 16% of list over 2 years. Ordered earlier so I can keep miles off the M3 and use as a runaround...
£1.05/mile on top of fuel, insurance, other costs...?

Madness - you could buy an Elise outright for that kind of money and still have a car worth £11k in 2 years time.I'm an Alfa fan, but that doesn't look cheap or reasonable to me.

Nah, it makes sense. A <10k 4C will still sell well in two years time.
It's really just the depreciation that you're funding, effectively - plus interest on the purchase price.
Agreed, guess it's only playing the depreciation game sensibly! It's really just the depreciation that you're funding, effectively - plus interest on the purchase price.
Also agree with the below that there are better ways to spend 10k, hence why I never buy new nor rent, but such threads do challenge these thoughts.

Where are you getting your numbers from?

Incl. VAT it's £10475.5k miles/yr is £8,300 total over the 2years
And if you're looking at a business purchase excl. VAT, then the user will have to pay BIK on that, which would be a ridiculous idea.
