XC90 or toyota estima / nissan elgrand

need to to get a 4wd mpv type thing for the missus.... had narrowed it down to an 07 XC90 but i can also get a map import estima for slightly less cash, has anyone bought one of these and whats the potential downsides? smaller but maybe more loyal following when it comes to resale time?

i quite like the idea of the reclining seats for the middle row.....

only 5k miles per annum so mpg not a massive issue....

Go for the Elgrand then, that V6 & all the creature comforts what's not to like.
