New car collection... Checklist of questions

Picking up a new car tomorrow, just getting in my head the things I need to ask at collection, till I can get home and read the manual
At the moment:
Location of wheel unlock nut,of filler cap opener, of bonnet opener, how to open bonnet

Anything else I need to know just in case?

I normally stop once I've established where it is and got my keys off them.

Make yourself acquainted with the headlight functions and also the screen wipers/washers.
Does it have the auto stop function at traffic lights etc?

I always download the manual (PDF) and read through most of it in advance


If it's a brand new car I'd be more worried about paint work condition, scuffs on alloys, scratches etc.

Taking a friend along as a extra pair of unbiased eyes helps as they will not be emotionally tied to the car (if that makes sense)
