Hi,

I'm After some advice for a family friend from those who have children, or know of a good car/offer that meets the below requirements.

Requirements are:

£2000 deposit
£300 per month over 3/4 fours
New, or nearly new so I'm guessing in warranty/approved used is ideal here.
Space for family of three (two year old) with another child planned for soon. I have a feeling bun may be in the oven hence the ask for suggestions.
Legroom/headroom are important and a decent boot.
Sat NAV if possible, so something with a reasonable spec.
Petrol, diesel, manual, or automatic. Around 8K a year so I'd suggest petrol.

I've been thinking Qashqai, Maxda CX5.

I was looking on Car Wow and you can enter some basic requirements and it'll narrow down the choices, but can't see similar that will show finance offers etc.

Thanks in advance.

Why the desire for a crossover?

Something like a Golf Estate (1.4 TSI SE Nav), Civic Tourer (1.8 i-VTEC SE Plus Nav) or Focus Estate (1.5 EcoBoost Titanium Navigation) all have plenty of kit and are available easily within budget - looking on CH&L shows 6+36 all coming in around the £250/month mark.

Cheers.

The 'elevated' height I guess. I did suggest an estate, but it was dismissed straight away.

Apart from Car Wow is there a website that lets you select requirements such as desposit, monthly payment and then specs such as number of seats, and extras such as leather, sat nav?

Shame they won't listen to the estate suggestion. banghead

The new 3008 looks good but if that is a bit too challenging in the looks department for them then the Honda CR-V or Mazda CX5 are good options.

Parkers lets you see what you get with each spec level and things like boot capacity and then I look on contracthireandleasing.com at the personal leases to get an idea of cost plus it lets you set options like max per month, length of lease, fuel type, engine size etc.
