Fiesta ST for sure. Better looking, better built, more reliable, look much better, better residuals

Definitely the Fiesta.

I'd take anything over a Vauxhall, but at least the Fiesta is a good car.

Fiesta is a much better choice. Corsa VXR's are pretty bad reliability wise.

I will have a look at those, see if I can get one thats not that far away from L19 2RF. He may increase his budget slightly as they are nice cars, different and I have not seen them before. Any issues with reliability?

But i'd take an r56 mini jcw, fit it with coil overs.
It'd be a much faster than either car above and I like the exhaust noises better on the mini, I think its a more fun car if you can live with the fuel consumption.
